I had never heard of Laura Bennett before reading through the book and how could I not?! Shes amazing! There are so many awesome projects that are chic and modern (def my style); plus she teaches you amazing extras for working with leather. The project photos are amazing and one day I will be able to sew with extrodinary detail as Laura. Through the photos projects you can tell she has a true love and passion for what she does. This will be a book that I work through and swoon over for years to come!1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. There was a crucial page missing from my copy...By Tiffany...but thats not the authors fault; so Im not allowing it to lower my review.I was a huge fan of Laura Bennett when she was on project runway; she had a knack for creating pieces that were luxurious looking and I love that with this book shes sharing some of that with readers. The title completely lives up to its name with step by step instructions for things like leather cuff bracelets and a mink sweater that look as good; if not better than items that could be on any boutique shelf. Rather than assuming that the home sewer understands how to properly work with the materials used in the book; Bennet makes sure to provide information on this which is super helpful and done in a way that it feels conversational but still authoritative.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful.
