This book goes much further than that. It starts out as WSMs first days in broadcasting on radio and takes you to the present. I have always watched WSMVs local newscasters; so I read it in one night. Anyone interested in the Grand Ole Opry will enjoy the history of the callaboration between WSM and the Opry over the years; including names of many of Opry entertainers.
