Because this is not the Butterworth book advertised but a scanned and reprinted copy (printed on the last page: "Made in the USA. San Bernandino. CA. 28 January 2015." In addition the scan must have used OCR because the text quality is mixed with some clear and others fuzzy. In addition. the photos and drawings are very fuzzy and unclear.
