Like the TWO spelling/grammatical errors on the first page of chapter 1? The completely inaccurate photo descriptions (for instance; in one photo; listing a bay horse as "so-and-so" and then in another photo on the next page; calling a completely different chestnut horse the same name!)? Or how about describing the wrong photos all together?! Dont believe me? Go look. Ill wait.I wont even get into the actual style and organization of the "stories;" except to say that I have read 5th grade book reports better written than this book. Saying I was extremely disappointed would be an understatement. How does something so poorly edited even get published? If you like pretty pictures of pretty ponies then buy this book but dont ever try to read it. It will make your brain hurt.4 of 4 people found the following review helpful. Rename: "Some Nice to Okay Horse Barns"By Dorrie FletcherI bought this book expecting to see pages of luxurious and elegant barns. Instead there are a couple of nice barns but the others are just regular stables; nothing special. With all the grand Haciendas in nearby Mexico; with the fancy stables formerly attached to old family estates; when we have the old Gladstone; etc. it is not too much to expect the book to live up to its title. As it is; I know of at least three of my friends barns that are nicer than some in this book.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Very interesting readBy Diane P.
