Unlike some other reproductions of classic texts (1) We have not used OCR(Optical Character Recognition); as this leads to bad quality books with introduced typos. (2) In books where there are images such as portraits; maps; sketches etc We have endeavoured to keep the quality of these images; so they represent accurately the original artefact. Although occasionally there may be certain imperfections with these old texts; we feel they deserve to be made available for future generations to enjoy.

I had envisioned it to be a collection of easy to replicate fun and bright nautical decorating ideas. It turned out to be a lot of mismatched items with way too much of a cluttered look. When any of the included pictures are expanded; they all become horribly pixelated and some become barely visible; even despite the expanded size. A few pictures appear to be familiar possibly stolen from a search engine. The inconstant picture quality makes me wonder if the pictures arent original to this book... I particularly liked the southern style beach homes featured in here; but If that isnt your thing; keep turning the pages. You will find New England style and Carribean cottages as well. As befitting the cottage style; anyone anywhere can replicate the slipcovered; vintage collected easy style depicted here.
