4 of 6 people found the following review helpful. Broad overview; lacking in specificsBy fdavieI was looking for a book that would guide me step-by-step through repair of my original double-hung windows; but this book isnt that. The book gives a high level overview of the various kinds of windows youll run into in older construction; and then gives a high-level overview of various methods of repairing and improving them. It never gets into very much detail - Im sure this was quite the useful book when published but there really isnt any information here that isnt available with a quick online search.
