It is basically the same idea. except it has all their songs (!) while this only has 60. Okay. thats life. Hes written about 10.000 songs. Fair enough.THE BIG PROBLEM is that these songs span multiple pages. I am looking at the Kindle version. I dont have time to stop strumming and tap to flip the page. And if you rotate it sideways (iPad). it doesnt display multiple pages at once.In the Beatles Complete Chord Songbook. it displays chord symbols. More importantly. if you turn your iPad sideways. it will show you two pages at once--hey. just like how the real book was intended!I have used the paper and Kindle (iPad) versions of The Beatles Complete Chord Songbook. and if the paper version was just spiral bound. both would be perfect.This book would be great too. but... one page at a time? Come on.Even the iPad version of The Beatles book has issues where sometimes it will only display one page at a time. Man. Here it is the lyrics and chord changes above the words where the chord change must happen. The chord diagrams are on the first page only. You know most Dylan songs are noted for many verses and are long. If you listen to Dylan especially Live concerts. it is sometimes very hard to understand the words and that is why I say it is a great to have book. I use my Kindle alot to hear and view the old concerts. I like early Dylan acoustic and electric the best and older audio technology makes it hard to understand the words so I follow along with my book now. They also have other singers in The Little Black Songbook series. Since I like this one so much i may get leonard Cohen next. These books are small enough to fit into a medium size purse. easy to carry. I purchased this book on .com using my Prime account with one click purchase and 2 day free shipping.
