Lola also acknowledges that Method exercises. although seemingly simple. can be problematic at times and includes those problem scenarios along with suggestions on how to fix them. Also. no exercise in the book is there for the sake of being there. Lola includes the purpose of each exercise. as well as multiple effects her students have encountered. so you know that yoursquo;re always building towards something. even if you donrsquo;t feel like yoursquo;re getting palpable results at first.This book is a wonderful complement for Method acting lessons as it clarifies many doubts about the work and gives suggestions that expand your creative range when doing the exercises.
