KryslIm quite interested in urban studies and failed cities but this didnt capture my attention. Unfortunately; its not coherent and doesnt melt together to be easily readable. I wanted to hear more from the planners and residents; but the statistics took center stage. Stats are there to support a point and I believe would be better off as an addendum.
