I have lived in the area for a long time and am studying fisheries; and have always felt a calling to protect the salmon. I even dreamed of the Spirit of the Salmon; and Ive never heard anyone else mention anything like what I experienced until I read this book. It is more than just about theater; in fact; the play is about what is happening in real life; and unless youre like Pinnochio and dont want to be a real boy anymore; its time to take a stand and take back what is rightfully ours regardless of religion race or creed; the rivers and streams dont belong to us; only the mission to protect them.
