With its warm and loving text illustrated by amusing animal photographs; Dear Mom helps children of all ages (especially those who call themselves grown-ups) express special thoughts and feelings about Mom--the perfect gift for Mothers Day and all year round. First published in 2011; this poignant tribute to mothers everywhere strikes at the heart of the mother-child relationship; perfectly capturing those most prevalent emotions that good moms inspire: love; affection; and sincere gratitude. Now; with this condensed e-book edition; its even easier to convey the sentiment: "Id be lost without you; Mom; and I only wish I had more than one lifetime to repay the incredible debt I owe you."

Warning: This is not an anthologyBy withoutnumbersI only read the first few sentences of the description and I thought this was an anthology (ESPECIALLY considering how pricy this book is) but it is not. Its an analysis of her plays. Good for a research paper. but bad for your play collection. Let my stupidity be a warning to those who mightve been deceived at first by the title and description of this book.2 of 3 people found the following review helpful. Rad bookBy Lisa H.I know for a fact that this book is rad. The book is an essential part of any theatre-goer. theatre-maker. or theatre-scholars library. Dr. Gigueres writing is intelligent and insightful. but also very accessible. I feel that in the coming years many will follow in her footsteps in the study of Reza. and all will be carrying this book around as their bible. No joke.
