I bought the electronic Kindle edition which I do not hateBecause the publishers have put in the time and effort to make a reasonablyUseful index. This genre of screenwriting books I have to say is as addictive as chocolate-coatedAlmonds. That is; if you are interested in writing for film. The writers it seemsAre all upstanding chaps; with most having gone to Oxford. The movies they have written range from Bridget Jones (if memory serves me)To The Full Monty. An opinionated bunch; but the topic is mostly film.If you are into screenwriting; then you will get your moneys worth!0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Great read for budding writersBy LeaRIncluding interviews with the writers of; among other films; "Restoration"; "Billy Elliot"; "Bridget Jones Diary"; "Welcome to Sarajevo"; "Captain Corellis Mandolin"; and; "The Full Monty". Talking about their work at home and in Hollywood; some giving in-depth interviews for the first time; are ten of the top names in British screenwriting. Lively and funny; challenging and revealing; this series of exclusive interviews with the unsung heroes of contemporary British cinema provides a unique behind-the-scenes look at the movie business; essential for wannabe writers; industry insiders and film fans alike.
