Raumplanung; Note: 2;0; Hochschule Ruhr West; Veranstaltung: Lauml;nderanalyse Brasilien; Sprache: Deutsch; Abstract: In Brasilien leben heute rund 80 Prozent der Bevouml;lkerung in Stauml;dten. In der Mitte des 20. Jahrhunderts waren es dagegen nur ca. 30 Prozent. Aufgrund des noch immer andauernden Urbanisierungsprozesses und der daraus entstehende Knappheit an bewohnbaren Raum in Stauml;dten; leben immer mehr Menschen mit geringen Einkommen am Rande einer Stadt in sogenannten Favelas. Diese sollen auch Gegenstand dieser Hausarbeit sein. Dabei werden die Entstehung; die Struktur und die Entwicklung der Favelas in Brasilien dargestellt. Das Ziel der Arbeit ist es zu untersuchen; welche Auswirkungen die Projekte zukuuml;nftig auf die Stauml;dte haben. Da eine ausfuuml;hrliche Betrachtung der vielen unterschiedlichen Projekte in den Favelas; die sich zudem auch hauml;ufig von Stadt zu Stadt unterscheiden; den Rahmen der Arbeit uuml;berschreiten wuuml;rden; werden in dieser Arbeit beispielhaft die Favelas in Rio de Janeiro betrachtet. Im zweiten und dritten Kapitel wird der Begriff bdquo;Favelaldquo; sowie die Entstehung und Struktur der Favelas in Brasilien erlauml;utert. Im vierten Kapitel folgt eine Analyse der Sanierungsprojekte und die damit verbundenen Entwicklungen.

Ince was one of the earliest individuals in the Industry to not only be a triple threat as a Writer; Director and Producer; but he developed a production system as well as worked to develop a system of Distribution that up until then was unheard of. In many cases I have read books and articles that freely tout extensive use of facts and figures; but they are dry as yesterdays discarded chicken bones. Brian has used his facts and figures nicely; they enhance the story; not take away from it. This book appeals on 2 levels; for those who are serious historians of the Motion Picture Industry; it is a great look at the system of "Inceville"; for the more casual fan; it provides a unique glimpse on the inner workings of the Studio System.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful.
