He was a brilliant British Philosopher and had a keen eye into the problems of politics and governmental rule. His writing is definitely of a kind of -may I call it - High British English. and includes some quotations in Latin which may require the reader to look up the meaning if they are unable to read Latin. Despite the Latin there are tons of good information in this little book. May I add all of Edmund Burkes works are worthy of reading and respect.
