I read it when I was preparing my final essay at the university (my topic was the supernatural in the Elizabethan theater) many years ago. but I had borrowed the book from the library and didnt own it.It is well written and extremely informative. To have an interest in Elizabethan theater would help. but I really think this book can be easily read by anyone who loves English literature and wants to read classics and to be able to understand them.
