I am always looking for books to add to my library and this one is spot on. It was helpful on a recent project where the design of a moment splice was required due to transportation limitations for a glulam frame that I was designing. The information is clear and example problems are presented very well. Highly recommended book.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Excellent resourceBy MarkThe material is very up-to-date and presented in an easily understandable manner. It also presents both LRFD and ASD design methods. Another great aspect is that other sources are regularly cited throughout the text; if you want to learn more about a particular subject youll have at least one good reference within that section. Overall a great book for both educating and referencing in the professional field!
