The content is often theoretical and abstract. a situation made more difficult by the fact that this is a translation from French. It is not an ideal translation - some of the writing is clumsy and difficult to parse. The use of illustrations. maps. and photos is sporadic. and the text does not reference the figures at all. An improved edition would use more maps and diagrams to illustrate ideas presented in the text.On the whole. a must-read for anyone interested in the urban planning. but could use some improvement.
