I enjoyed every detailed photograph and every line so telling of Memphiss history. Many of the historic houses and cultural namesakes in Memphis escaped me; while growing up in the river city. It was thrilling and informative to find this cache of backstory in this exceptional book! I learned much of what I should have known years ago; and I thank Kimberly McCollum and Willy Bearden from the bottom of my blue suede shoes. Well done! One for the archives!0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. A must have bookBy Laura A.
