Drama Education with Digital Technology explores the rapidly evolving intersections between drama; digital gaming; technology and teaching. It documents the praxis (practice and research) that move beyond anecdotal discussion of approaches and design. The contributors explore the realities of teaching an ancient aesthetic form in classrooms full of technologically able students. It also examines cases from classroom practice to present teaching; with approaches and understandings that are based on evidence and supported by cutting edge learning theory from educational leaders in drama and technology.

I appreciate the book and its depiction of women combat veterans. The book now rests on my coffee table; serving as a memoir and important conversational piece. Thank you!2 of 6 people found the following review helpful. Not a photo albumBy KBMaybe I was too quick to order this book. but it is not what I expected. It is more of a reading book and less of a photo book. There are photos. but they are studio-type posed photos. not in-the-field action photos. The articles are intersting. but I guess I just dont have time for all the reading. Anybody know of some good photo books on women miliary?2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Riviting first person accounts of womens service in Iraq and AfghanistanBy Pat ChildersI bought this book because the author was speaking at the Betty H. Carter Women Veterans Historical Project annual luncheon at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. NC. The book is very well done. great photographs and riveting first person stories of womens service in Iraq and Afghanistan. Dr. Browders remarks at the luncheon highlighted the stories in her book. I would highly recommend this for school and public libraries as well as for anyone interested in military history.
