This book made me angry.By ManMadeNightmareThe illustrations were brilliant. and somewhere between knowing this story needed to be told. and not wanting to read it. I was left annoyed to find the glib. narcissistic murder of a female artist. and the concentric opinion that women are generally meant to overcome obstacles in order to please men absolutely disgusting. Even worse. perhaps. was turning the story into a cartoon. no matter how exceptional the drawings are. that left me questioning the intentions of the authors.1 of 3 people found the following review helpful.
