This time Im trying recorder because its more compact/portable than other wind instruments Ive played. Yay!This book explains how to read music then step by step introduces new notes while showing their fingerings. Tempo changes. refrains and other natations are added as the student progresses. I much prefer the "Sweet Pipes" series of recorder learning books for both the soprano and alto recorder as well as books intended for youngsters as well as adult oriented books.
